Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

• $249.00 per month for the owner plus 1–5 users, or $299.00 per month for the owner plus 6 or more users.
• $150.00 per month for each additional agency on the same agreement.
• Users are counted across your whole business. An agency is a separate business: more than one office run by the same business counts once.
• A first-time agent opening their first agency gets the first two months free.
• No setup fee. Billing starts on your agreement's start date.
• Prices do not include sales tax. Where the law requires it, sales tax is added to your bill.

You are billed each month from your start date. There is no long-term commitment.

You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. You are not billed for any month after your cancellation takes effect.

Pay for twelve months up front and save 15% — for one agency with 6 or more users, that is $3,049.80 for the year, or $254.15 a month. You pay once, on your start date. Nothing is charged when you sign.

It renews automatically for another twelve months at the same discount unless you tell us otherwise before the renewal date. We email you 30 days before it renews.

Annual plan. The 15% discount is for paying for the year and staying for it. If you cancel before the twelve months are up, we refund what you paid, less the months you used at the full monthly rate.

The refund is never less than zero, and we never bill you for the difference.

Monthly plan. Monthly fees are billed as you go, so there is no prepayment to refund. Cancelling stops future billing.

Radux bills a credit or debit card saved when your agreement is signed. Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe; Radux never stores your card number.
