Radux Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Who we are

Radux ("Radux", "we", "us") provides agency-management software for insurance agencies at https://www.radux.io. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including data accessed through Google APIs.

Information we collect

When you use Radux, we collect the information you and your team enter (agency, team, meeting, task, and production data) and the account information needed to sign you in. If you connect Google Calendar, we access your Google account email address and your Google Calendar to create and manage meeting events on your behalf.

How we use Google user data

  • Google Calendar (calendar.events): Solely to create, read, and update calendar events — including generating Google Meet links — for meetings you schedule in Radux. We do not read or modify events unrelated to Radux-scheduled meetings.
  • Email address (userinfo.email): Solely to display which Google account is connected and to associate the connection with your agency.

How we store and protect it

Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest, are accessible only to Radux's server-side systems, and are never exposed to browsers or other users. We use industry-standard security practices and reputable infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g., our hosting and database providers), and never for advertising. Meeting recordings and transcripts you create are processed by our meeting-recording and AI providers solely to produce your summaries, and are not used to train third-party models.

Google API Limited Use disclosure

Radux's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention & deletion

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Meetings — open the calendar status beside the search box and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting revokes our access with Google and deletes the stored tokens. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
